My Story

Hi everyone! My name is Armando, and I am thrilled to be joining Paradigm as a missionary!

I'm 27 years old, a proud SDSU Newman alumnus, and I love cooking, playing basketball, and spending time with friends. I am incredibly excited for the opportunity to share the Gospel and foster authentic Christian brotherhood with the students at SDSU.

Over the past several years, the Lord has brought tremendous healing and transformation to my life. I am deeply grateful for the chance to accompany college students as they encounter the life-changing love of God and discover the joy and freedom that come from following Him.

For the past two years, I have served as the Youth Minister and, more recently, the Young Adult Minister at the wonderful parish of St. Charles Borromeo in Point Loma. Prior to that, I served as a missionary with FOCUS at Doane University. Through prayer and discernment, the Lord has placed a desire on my heart to return to collegiate ministry, and I am excited to serve as the on-campus Paradigm Missionary at SDSU.
